    Mindy Lin
    Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer

Born with innate creativity, Mindy Lin’s past creative businesses have all helped set the stage for Damsel’s success and Mindy’s role as Chief Marketing Officer. Mindy is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Jimmy, and together they have two fantastic kiddos. Mindy is known around the office for her love of alliteration and losing her car keys and cell phone (often in a trash can). When she’s not thinking up new Damsel amazingness she enjoys shoe shopping, glamping with her family, and supporting her Dutch Bros addiction.

    Bethany Hughes
    Co-Founder & Chief Services Officer

Bethany’s innate ability to plan every little detail makes her an amazing Chief Services Officer. She is responsible for coordinating our Annual Nationwide Conference, Annual Leadership Retreat, Incentive Trips and all other events put on by Damsel. Bethany is known around the office for her healthy lunches (to make up for eating tacos every Sunday), and her exasperated “Oh, Bob!” on a nearly daily basis. In her spare time, she enjoys working out at the gym, meal prepping and spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three sweet daughters.

    Jimmy Lin, CPA
    Chief Financial Officer

A graduate of California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in accounting, Jimmy Lin serves as our Chief Financial Officer. Jimmy is a licensed CPA and his braggy resume spouts a list of national firms. Jimmy is responsible for keeping Damsel debt-free through responsible budgeting and planning. Jimmy is known around the office for his love of food, Excel and saying things like “fiduciary responsibility” and “well, in my previous life”. In his free time, Jimmy enjoys golfing, auditing his kitchen utensils and spending time with Mindy and their kids.

    Chris Hughes
    Chief Procurement Officer

With a background in business which includes a specialty in purchasing, Chris Hughes is our Chief Operations Officer. Chris is responsible for establishing relationships with partner factories to ensure our Damsel products are readily available and produced to the highest quality of standards. Chris is known around the office for teasing Mindy and making every attempt to rebel against the employee dress code. In his free time, Chris enjoys fishing, discipleship and spending quality time with his wife, Bethany, and their three beautiful daughters.

    Bob Hipple
    Chief Executive Officer

After a two year consulting relationship, Damsel in Defense was honored to invite Bob on as our Chief Executive Officer in 2014. With over 30 years experience as a distributor, keynote speaker, company executive and business consultant in the direct sales industry, Bob Hipple has keen insight into direct sales. Bob is known around the office for telling stories during meetings that have nothing to do with the topic at hand and dreams of living in a yurt on a self-sufficient farm with lots of goats. He spends his free time researching how to make that a future reality.

    Ingrid Windsor
    Field Development Director

Former Damsel Director turned in house Field Development Director, Ingrid Windsor made the move from California to Idaho to join the Home Office Team in August of 2015. She is responsible for getting communications out to the field and public, running training programs, and keeping a pulse on what is happening with the field. Ingrid is known around the office for catching every grammatical error and always having a jar of candy sitting out and a desk drawer full of Thin Mints. When she’s not on her phone, she enjoys hiking, camping, shopping and target shooting.
